Where is The Osome jewelry made?
Every The Osome piece is handcrafted in Italy by master artisans, most of whom are based in Vicenza, the historic heart of Italian fine jewelry. Each creation reflects generations of craftsmanship, precision, and Italian excellence.
What materials do you use?
We work exclusively with solid 18K gold, natural diamonds, and carefully selected precious gemstones. We never use plated metals or materials designed to fade with time, only precious materials chosen to last.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every The Osome piece is handcrafted in Italy. Some designs are ready to ship, while others are made especially for you by our artisans. Ready-to-ship orders are typically dispatched within 5–10 business days, while made-to-order pieces require approximately 4–6 weeks to be completed. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
What if the piece I want is sold out?
If the piece you’re looking for is temporarily unavailable, it may still be handcrafted especially for you by our artisans in Italy. Whenever possible, bespoke production is offered at the same price as the original piece. Simply contact our Client Care team for availability and estimated production times.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn’t yet entered production or been shipped, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact our Client Care team as soon as possible
