Products

The Osome offers fine jewelry handcrafted in Italy using 18-karat gold and other precious materials.

All products are handmade; slight variations in color, weight, dimensions, and finish are inherent to artisanal production and do not constitute defects.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout as required by law.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment providers.

The Osome does not store credit card details.

Shipping

We ship within the United States and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country. Osome Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of fine jewelry: - All sales are final, unless otherwise required by applicable law. - Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us at info@theosome.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs and order details.

Repairs

Repairs may be offered at our discretion. Shipping and repair costs may apply. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, except where warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Osome LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict oflaw principles.
